To best verify if I can accept your specific policy coverage, I will need copies or pictures of your insurance card. This can be done prior to deciding if you would like to start services during the screening process, or once established in the secure client portal. 

I also offer self-pay rates for services for uninsured or out-of-network clients.

$175 for initial assessment and $120 per each follow up session.

Sliding scale rates determined by income and other factors are reserved for a limited percentage of active clients. These amended rates are prioritized for established self-pay clients who are bridging the gap between insurance policies, experiencing income loss, single parents, significant financial burden such as frequent medical care during prolonged health decline while awaiting entitlements, or other evident financial hardship. This allows continued care without disruption, or time to plan and seek more affordable services. To be able to accommodate this when it occurs, I cannot offer sliding scale rates to new clients at this time.

Before starting, we will complete a thorough financial agreement during the intake process which allows you to select your payment for services and explains your self-pay rate, copay, coinsurance, billing, policies, etc. so you know what to expect. This is a Good Faith Estimate in effort to uphold the No Surprises Act billing protections.

Information about payment for services can change with time. New information about insurance and rates will be updated here, and actively provided to established clients. ​

For existing clients, payment for services is automatically charged after your completed service, as outlined in your financial agreement and card authorization. However, if you ever have any outstanding payments to be made, wish to change the card you use for payment, reach out with questions about payment, or review related documents you can do so in the HIPAA Secure Client Portal.
